He represents public and private clients in various transactional matters including private equity and debt offerings, PIPES, mergers and acquisitions, periodic reporting, proxies and individual filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Rick has particular experience dealing with small and start-up companies and prides himself on his ability to teach and guide his clients through the complex maze of the securities laws.
