Peter has over thirty-five years of hands-on experience in all facets of corporate and commercial law. In 1986, Peter founded the predecessor firm to Silverman Sclar Shin & Byrne PLLC. He has extensive experience in the representation of companies engaged in the transportation business and is recognized as a leader in representation of the school bus transportation industry, having negotiated billion dollar contracts for that industry.
