Patrick’s areas of practice focus on insurance defense and commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. He takes a very aggressive approach in trial preparation, which has resulted in numerous successful verdicts and settlements. Previously, he was an in-house attorney for the Kemper Insurance Companies.
