Notable Accomplishments Misha’s notable cases and accomplishments include: successful defense of a regional food manufacturer in several shareholder derivative and wrongful discharge actions brought by a disgruntled owner-manager; advising a U.S. company in successfully fending off a governmental take-over of one of the biggest chemical plants in Ukraine; securing multi-million dollar awards for families of victims of September 11th from the Victim Compensation Fund, including the third-largest award on record.
Professional and Community Activities Misha is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City New York. He also is actively involved with UJA-Federation of New York, currently serving as the chair of its Network Priorities Committee.
