Our fee arrangements are flexible and include:
- Flexible Billing
- Hourly Rates: We can bill for our time based on an hourly rate and within agreed parameters.
- Contingent or Success Fee: In some cases, we will provide services based on the understanding that we receive fees only if a matter is successfully resolved. This arrangement is case dependent.
- Flat Fees
- Flat Fee: We may agree to charge a set or fixed amount for particular services or projects, regardless of how many hours are devoted to your matter.
- Fixed Monthly Retainer
- Monthly Retainers: We offer our business clients monthly retainer agreements, in which we provide specified bundle of legal services and receive a fixed monthly fee.
Our payment systems can process and accommodate payments by major credit and debit cards, checks and wire transfers.
