  • Assisting low-fare carriers and others seeking access to airports and airport facilities.
  • Helping airlines expand services at and to domestic and international airports.
  • Representing air carriers and airports before governmental bodies in compliance actions or in response to regulatory investigations and inquiries.

Transactional, Finance and General Representation
  • Representing airlines, foreign corporations and individuals in the acquisition of aircraft and components, including the drafting and negotiation of leases, purchase agreements, loans, mortgages, security agreements, trust agreements and regulatory documentation.
  • Providing regulatory and transactional advisory to corporations and individuals regarding the acquisition and operation of aircraft, including tax issues, joint ownership and fractional ownership.
  • Assisting airlines in connection with capital formation, operational contracts, alliances and regulatory compliance.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution
  • Representing clients in aircraft-related commercial litigation, including breach of contract and fraud actions.
